Hiring Business Development Manager. The person should have a proven sales track record, preferably in USA, EUROPE, and MENA.
Experience: 5-8 years

- Job Requirements :
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct meetings with the existing clients to explore more opportunities.
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the IT industry.
- Good experience and well-versed in extracting leads using Linked In, xing, Hoovers etc.
- Generate leads for Sales divisions in Europe, USA and MENA.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Creating/updating detailed RFP/Tender response project plans, templates, and timelines with the goal of delivering a winning submission that creates maximum value Owning the RFP response.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
