Process and Quality

Based on our experience in the international market of software development consulting services, we have established the following procedure to serve our customers better. 

Our international operations manager passes all customer requests to the development department for evaluation and an estimate. Not later than in a week period we provide the customer with our preliminary estimate. We do not always require complete specifications from our customers, but simply an idea with which we can prepare the specifications ourselves.

Once we decide on a project, a project manager and an international operations manager are assigned to prepare a complete commercial proposal for the customer, which include all technical and financial information, as well as a project time estimate.

If the Customer accepts the proposal we assign a project team, which consists of:

  • A project manager responsible for all technical issues and technical correspondence with the Customer,
  • An international operations manager, who supervises the whole project and prepares all contact and financial documents; and
  • A team of developers and testers.
